• Member in good standing of the INTERNATIONAL CODE COUNCIL  (developers/publishers of the building codes)
• Certified in the International Residential Code (IRC) (building code for one and two family dwellings)
• Certified in the International Building code (IBC) (code for all other structures other than one and two family dwellings)
• Building inspector for the municipalities of Filer, Kimberly and Hansen.
• I have been doing home inspections full time since March of 1993. I am the first home inspector in this area.
